Memorial Day Weekend

Thanks to all of the men and woman who have worn the uniform over the 200+ years of us being a country. We could not have done any of it without you.

And Monday is a paid holiday. I never got paid for a holiday in Spain. I haven't been paid for one since I got home in 2012.  The last paid holiday I had was Labor Day, 2006, when I was working for the Washington DC Downtown Business Improvement District.
Wow, that's 8 years since the last one. Life's a bitch, then you die.
